I usually play my round or hole in the beginning of the 24 hour window, which is 6 p.m. central. Yesterday I was unable to play until about 5.5 hours later. No big deal, right? So I sign in, it says I haven't played today, and your new day is in 19 hours and change. It was late so I played  #5 at St. Andrews. I make my birdie and am closing out the round and it awards me 4 points.  I happen to look at my status page at it says I have played one day in a row, next day in 19 hours and a little less change. I had been riding a 70 day streak.

I open WGT this morning and log on and go to my status page where it says new day in 9 hours and I'm riding a 1 day streak.

I'm hoping there is a WGT specialist who can verify my hours and get my 70 streak back.

    Thanks, it's always fun here!

When does/did Daylight Saving Time start in the USA? Last night?

Your CDP window is not in C(D)T but in GMT which may have slipped through your fingers.

(remark to myself: Consider the changes in official tourney's timing)

Daylight saving time in the USA started on March 9 this year.

Your 70 consecutive days are gone. You won't get them back.

Some time ago WGT did acknowledge a problem with the consecutive days' bonus in very rare instances. Posting this problem expecting WGT to see it and fix it without asking them directly through an email won't help you much, though.

Contact customer service using the "contact" link at the very bottom of this page. If they can verify when your scores were posted in time and on consecutive days they will probably do something for you. The way I understand it they can't restore the counter to 70 but they might give you some experience point boosters from the pro shop to help offset the loss of bonus points.

It's worth a shot if you really believe every day things were posted within the correct time frame.

I appreciate your help and suggestion. I have sent them an email. Everything on my end was done within the allowed time frame. The main thing here is they know so this game remains the best possible. Thanks Again!

Well I figured it should be said.  I started a new run and was 9-10 days in. Tonight I we nt to play, played and when I was done I received 8 points. Something happened again and I was reset again. Now I have to say I played in a new browser tonight. Weird.

Still fun, a little tough to figure this out.
