which putter to choose ?

    Help guys !

    I am going to  upgrade from starter putter , which one of the  following  did you find is the best .

    Note I miss the ding quiet a bit when I putt .

    Going by your score history I think you know all you need to know.

    Not sure what Scott means given the bulk of the history shows non-putting competitions. Looks to me like a concerted effort to learn the game.

    That L19 Spider isn't a very good putter but there are a lot of them out there. Missing the ding seems to work well with it. I used the Redwood for a long time and it does a decent job by missing. Not so sure about that Ghost, though. If it's anything like the L97 version it doesn't handle missing the ding as well as the other 2.

    Whatever you decide on, give yourself a good number of rounds to learn it and then stick with it. You're not buying putts, you're buying better piece of equipment that you'll need to learn.  GL

    All I see is a couple of monster scores that could be anything. We both know saturation takes care of tanking to preserve an average, I just don't see anything weird. Benefit of the doubt.  :-)

    good call i have played  st andies  over 200 times and always restart  if i am not 3 under in front 9 .

    the back 9 is a minefield for me.
