why in the heck is a custom avatar so damn expensive. 300,000 credits i think. shouldnt it be maybe 5,000 even 10,000 max? whats the deal with this. it would be nice to do but at that price. never gonna happen. does anyone even pay that price?

Simple, it's priced to prevent anyone asking for it. They have absolutely NO intention (IMHO) of introducing any more avatars but having this option gives them the ability to say "You can have whatever you want " while ensuring no-one actually collects.
