   If we rise to Amateur, should we also get better clubs?  It'd be nice.

   I agree i think we should also get them by doing good things to unlock them

   Yeah I think new clubs or at least a new driver is needed for the amateur tee.  And I agree you should get to unlock it for doing things well in the game.

   i dont think the problem is with drivers. problem is with the approach shots. they are now much longer, hence using lower loft clubs (lower flying path), therefore, since the ball runs more, your shots have to be more precise and take into account green slopes, green speeds, etc...

   

  i guess u want better irons, not drivers:P

  perhaps even tibbet's putter? (i know, i do)

  I want better everything when it comes to clubs.  I 'rose' to amateur with beginner's clubs, I'm not a beginner any more....though I've not been playing much 'cause I'm fooling around with chess too.

  Golf's hand to eye.  Chess is brain to hand.  Tough choice.

   i agree with tibbets..you hit what you got and if you practice you get better..i am tired of hearing about better clubs ...we will get them as the wgt sees fit until then i say we all just have fun.
