driver probs

  I just purchased the new big bertha driver,loaded it in my bag,clicked save changes , and wgt wont let me play a game with it in my bag. I switched back to my R11 and I can play but not with the new bertha. Can anyone help or tell me how to contact wgt to sort this out ?
