Just got a new laptop with Windows 8.1 and IE11. When I'm playing with a group, my space bar doesn't work if I chat. I have to use dash, underline, or whatever.
I think that problem just affects IE now, switching to a different browser should give you as much space as you'll ever need. J
For me, that happens if the focus is still in the chat box. Click on the game screen and space should work.
not sure I understood that smiks...if ya click on the game screen then yer out'ta the chatbox..
I just got a new puter today and am having the same problem
I'm using Google Chrome. And when I am typing and hit the enter key to start another paragraph, the words turn to gibberish. Bunch of letters and numbers. My space bar is OK though.
Joe, the enter key has the same function as the send button, you don't need to create paragraphs.

feeling the same, any luck to date? takes away from the enjoyment of the game and the spontaneity of the conversation
