2000 ranked rounds

  Congrats on the 2,000 rounds.

  32 putts on Olympic, I consider that a good putting day.

  It's always great to have a milestone round that is a great round.  I turned tour legend on a really well played round at Kiawah.

  In real golf, I have four hole in ones.  Three of them came on rounds that we some of my better rounds, all under par in the high 60's for 18 holes.  The fourth one came on the 17th hole of a miserable round,   Nothing had gone right and I stood around 15 over par on the tee of a long par 3 over water, an ace made it much better, however the double bogey on 18 took a little of the joy out of it.

  Buying free drinks in the bar got me back in the spirit however.

  W-Hands   - Five iron=an ace a week for five weeks??! So, who needs a putter!?? Nice shootin', shooter.

  I have just played my 2000th  ranked round , i know a lot of you will have played a lot more , but it's a milestone for me .

  I'd love to have said my 2000th was a good one , sadly it wasn't , a 65 on Olympic which included a staggering 32 putts !

  I've loved learning this great game , although the majority of my rounds have been average the few good ones keep me thinking i might be improving .

  If i could only putt i'd be halfways decent at this game , maybe after another 2000 rounds i'll have more of a clue , anyway just thought i'd share this and if anyone has any putting tips i could use , i'm willing to give most things a try .

  Lol , i know , after 19 months i had  2 HIO , then i get all those so close together , believe me , i wish i didn't need a putter .

  I know the feelings, after 1000 hours of play i still can't putt well.

  I have the  right  distance with the putts ,  easy to  calculate but i can't judge well  the slope  and all the putts finish inchs or 1 feets from the hole.

  Congrats fo achieving dude and you are already a good decent player.

  TourLegend tier, good average and you're fine even in a putt session with an over 50% for one putt stat, it means that in the next 2000 ranked "insert coin" you should have not problem to do better than those.

  Congratulations.

  I've just over 500 to go before I reach that milestone. When I reached 1,000 rounds I posted it on the forum and one guy replied it was no big achievement. However, the majority of people did congratulate me. I think any 1,000 rounds milestone is an achievement. It shows persistence because we all know how frustrating this game can be at times. Well done.
