  I don't have any issues using PhotoBucket.

  I couldn't say whether it was the best because I haven't tried them all, but I use PhotoBucket too and like it.

  Any will do for just sharing with friends.

  If you are really into photography and want a site that is more a photographer community look at 500px, SmugMug, Zenfolio, etc.

  I was never impressed with Flickr though I still have a little used account there, and they made changes a few months back that re-enforced my dislike of their web site.

  I'm a retired professional photographer and mainly used Zenfolio, and Photobucket.
