Just played against golferfrank63. Neither of us lit the course on fire and he was 2UP after 2 holes since I couldn't have hit the damned ding if my club was nailed it.
Managed to drag it back by halfway and then it was ding dong back and forth until the 17th when I brought it home 3UP.
Pts to LVKCC but my oppo seemed like a nice guy and was gracious too. A pleasure to play against him.

Just finished my game with ScottyMUFC and I won 2&1. It was a really close game, played over two nights thanks to my 6 year old boy cutting his thumb and my wife nearly passing out with the blood when we were AS at 9. Scotty kindly agreed to play the back nine the next night while i mopped up blood, tears and snotters. The score went back and forth the whole game.

Congratulations to all the players from each club who have won there matches. Jone and I tried to play are match last night and it was a close match all the way, I never got the lead once he would go up 1 and I would tie it up usually on the next hole. Then we got to the 18th all square and the game locked us out, so we are going to play all 18 again on Thursday and hopefully we will get are match in this time.

I am sure you have read my first post regrading are match,(50keith vs. Jone5) anyway we tried to play again tonight and the furthest we got was the 12th or 13th hole a couple of times. I had a big lead on a couple of them when we got kicked out, but every time we got kicked out we agreed to start over as a new game. Then after almost 3 hours of trying, I suggested we just play the back nine winner take all, and Jone got off to a 2 up lead in the first 2 holes, I had a chance to get 1 back the next hole but missed a 4 foot putt. I was starting to get sloppy because I was getting tired and I told him that and I must say he was a true gentleman and suggested we drop the game which I am sure he would have won, that is if we got to even finish 9 holes. Anyway I think each team should get a win, after the effort we put in, or can we get an extension so we can play some time next week, we have both agreed to that if it is OK with the team owners. We played almost 3 and a half hours trying to get are match played and still never got a whole round in. I was getting low on balls and not from losing them but from wearing them out. LOL
I think it's very fair to say we just declare this one a draw.... these lads made every effort to get this one played just didn't happen. They should both be congratulated
