225,210,195,180,165,150,135,120 full shot
208,194,176,162,148,134,121,103 punch shot

No idea as I never have owned the R11s...but I will take your word for it :)
Yes. The main difference is the 6-PW. They all have increased holding power and the PW acts like a CG. The meter matches the CGs so the irons all have the same speed which makes it really easy to get a tempo working.

OK Jim. I'm tired of trying different balls etc.....and I'm in the same state of mind as I get with my real game at time's. Soooooo......sinario.
Using L97 irons 120....225 flat with the following balls
using l33 callies ?
l48 nike ?
if a flat shot 180, no wind, is there a difference in distance?
As long as Ive been on wgt, the more screwed-up I get

Then don't, you're shooting yourself in the foot. The only way you're going to get consistent here is by knowing your stuff inside and out and that starts with using one ball. Whether it's a Callaway or a Nike, you need to adopt one and stick with it.
I prefer the Callaway for a couple of reasons. They won't break the bank and they aren't as strict with the deviation on missed hits. The first thing I did was learn the carry. Went out to BPB 12 and hit back and forth in the fairway (this was before mulligans) and noted the distance each shot landed. That carry number is way more important than anything else because once you know it you can start factoring in what happens after it lands. That's where partial spin helps tremendously, particularly with higher irons.
On that 180 with the 33 Callaway? 176 but it rolls to 183+ on fairway. :-)

YUP!
In my quest for yellow Callaways, I was jumping from ball to ball so much that I lost all touch/feel for shots. I had finally got consistent with the L13 yellow srixons but now going through another re-learning of the L37 yelloway (L33 but yellow w/ vapor)
Now I can finally feel confident that I have my last ball to keep stocked.
