i'd like to suggest a small give back from wgt. God knows they owe us something. lol for the winners of the free brackets how bout a 20 or 25 credit voucher at the pro shop, or even directly into the golfers account?? it's just throwing us a bone, but it would be a nice gesture and a cool incentive for the freebies. i'd like to see them implement this asap. its not much, but would feel good to those who win the bracket!

I like the idea and get what you are saying and not here to bash or anything, but just odn't think it would ever happen, nor is it good business sense for WGT.

Yes, in the one bracket you play in at that particular time, 20 or 25 credits would seem nominal. However, how many of those free brackets are turning over ever hour? or every day? I have no idea, but I have gone to sign up for some of them and they seem to fill up pretty quick, even the premium ones. What if is is hundred per day?

I know even at 500 a day that would only be like 10000 credits, but over the month that adds up.  WGT already gives away free credits in weeklies and monthlies. I just can't see them giving away that kind of loot.

As a suggestion, why not have a point system and top 5 or ten in each tier each week get something. Might push people to play more to accumulate the points to be in the top ten for the points.

Perhaps a Bracket Play Award like the Monthly Matchplay thingy?

A few hours to design and implement it, a few XPs to share, and some will be lucky!

Those who want credits will have to put them in themselves, owing the rake to the company.

i disagree, its very good p.r. for wgt who are suffering a rep problem right now. (what with all the screwy results).  besides, remember these credits are not real money. they were created by wgt as barganing/purchasing chips. costs them NOTHING!!

I don't think a few credits for the winner is too much to ask. Wgt would get it all back in ball use.

+1 - and probably encourage more players to play the freebies.

I received an e-mail that said I won credits for a bracket game and the note indicated that it was "0"! This is the second time this has occurred.

Any ideas what is wrong or how to find out if there was supposed to be credits?

there arent any, wgt just defaults that msg to indicate you won. its happened to me on a few occassions. thats why we need to petition wgt to give out a few credits to the free bracket winners. send them a msg at members@wgt.com!!!
