Can someone explain why, (with the exception of the Bertha spin value) these different clubs all have exactly the same values ?

In case thepicture does  not appear, I am comparing the Callaway X L83 , TaylorMade SLDR L79/89 and Bertha L88

Surely it is possible to come up with slightly more variance in the values ?.

Apart from the price tag, SLDR has 9.0 degrees of loft, X-Hot has 9.5.

Mostly it's about the different trajectory each driver imparts on the ball and the characteristics of the club shafts.

    The Callaway X Hot 83 has a 9.5° face

The Big Bertha has a 10.5° face and a higher trajectory than the other 2 clubs.

The TM SLDR 79/89 have a 9,0° face.

The OP has a point though. You get gaps between clubs then several that are very similar. Something at every level would be an idea too and would probably increase sales.

On the other hand, sales of clubs from different mfg's with the same characteristics would then become a popularity contest with the results being used for some marketing purpose.

often time it's also a brand issue,
some ppl are ping fans, some want nike clubs,
but that's certainly a valid point, once you get to the
high end stuff, they're all pretty much the same

You have too also look at the prices , and levels :

    Cally Xhot L83+ 2,495 credits

    SLDR L79+ 2,795 credits

    SLDR L89+ 2,295 credits

    Bertha L88+ 2,495 credits

Some players dont want too wait , or have tiered up , but are at lower levels . They then complain , about not having the clubs to compete . So now they have an option , but at a higher price . Some of us got a chance to get the R1 , at level 93+ , but it cost us 500 credits more than the L98+ . Since the black one was a limited edition , those who could , got it .

So when you look at those clubs , the prices and levels , tell the story . Its a win for WGT , and a win for the players , who need to upgrade . The players pay more , and WGT makes more .$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is the bottom line .
