What's up with the game options being locked lately?
Depending on the game, I can't change the wind conditions, green speeds, course locations, etc. They're all locked.
This has never been the case until yesterday. What's going on?
It's ranked or rated play - you are shown the conditions but have no authorization to modify them - as always. Yesterday, only the representation changed (the lock etc.)
In practice rounds, you should be able to set it to your liking.

they are not locked per say... just shows that you can't change them for certain modes.. for example: if you are doing rated round, it'll show locked because rated conditions cannot be changed, but as soon as you change to practice, you can change these...
some modes just not available in alt shot for example.
