    Hey all.

I use Comodo Dragon as my game browser, I only use it for the gameclient nothing else. Of course with all the adds I installed Adblock Plus which worked fine until very recently.

Since the start of qualifying for the VUSO I cannot get rid of that extremely annoying Lexus add, (Darn I REALLY want to destroy one of those cars). I uninstalled ABP and installed Adblock instead but even that wouldn't stop that blasted Lexus advert (the one at startup).

Anyone know of any good ad blockers for Comodo that stops that Lexus ad? (and as many others as possible).

Man I have had the same problem recently, I also downloaded ABP and it is not working like it was. Let me know if you find anything as well.

With AdBlock Plus you can add custom filters. Go to -> filter preferences -> custom filters -> ad blocking rules but first you'll need some info on the ad.

For instance, I added this ad blocking rules to turn off the golf ticker:

    ##*#golfTicker

You might be able to block the ad by right clicking on said ad and find the ad block plus: block image entry -> custom -> add filter.

You may have the experiment a little but it does work, hope this helps.

AdBlock Plus is different than Adblock without the Plus. You would think plus means better but in this case it's not. I use CD for the game and have never seen the ad you're referring to but I use Adblock basic. Right-clicking on an ad will get you to the filters for it. IIRC, AdBlock Plus doesn't have that right-click option.
