    It's only a matter of time it seems to me before someone here gets fed up with having their money vanish because a malfunctioning gaming website and seeks legal advice and files some type of formal action.

    True enough, l've mentioned this before, what if, the Golf Channel, USGA & the R&A and everybody else associated with them, Callaway, Nike etc, the list goes on. realises there's something fundamentally flawed with the game, and the customer support is virtually non existent with many unhappy paying customers.....

    2nd thoughts had all round maybe?

    Then where will WGT be, heading down the pan fast!!

    And the award goes to br1b3 for being blind to the fact that if you remain silent when there are so many players complaints on the disconnect/return issues nothing will be repaired or resolved.....Many players spend actual hard earned money on equipment to enjoy a trouble free game and the first 2 1/2 years it was,but the past few weeks have been very frustrating for many players experiencing the aforementioned problems.......do I complain a lot?..you bet,,,it's the only way things get fixed,,,

    I wouldn't hold your breath on that one for a few reasons.

    First of all, WGT has never been that forthcoming with info, of any nature. Not saying that it is good or bad business, but communication from them has always been an issue.  Secondly, when things are as twisted as they are right now, based on all the posts and feedback from clients, sometimes, for the company, saying nothing is better than saying something, that is wrong or incorrect or not possible.  Lastly, there is an update coming in the next couple of days, Tuesday would be my guess. So, I would imagine that the systems and programming brain collective at WGT believe that they are going to make everything better with the next update.

     

     

      I got an email yesterday from WGT saying the next update will be in 1 or 2 weeks. Guessing when something is going to happen. Does not hold much water. lol.

      Ok...how about..WGT,What say you .Would be a little better,

     

    But only a foreigner would not pick up on most American slang. We are very good at butchering the English language.Lol

    spdemon,,,,,,,,,yep he's (the player mentioned in my post above and who's been harassing me) a real piece of work,,,check out his stats and scoring,they show every indication he's not on the up and up,he/she has very few ranked rounds and the ones he/she has played he/she  has 32 birds,22 pars,not a single bogey,no double bogeys or worse,,no true hack, beginner or amateur shoots that well,,,WGT should take a closer look at this player and take appropriate action........
