What's up with the consecutive days clock.  I just played a game and now I am at 1 day played.  I had at least 25 before.  In my history it shows that I played 2 games on May 10th - I only played one.  And it shows that I played 1 gamed on the 12th.  well, it is still the 11th here.  Something like this happened last month as well.  I know that I have played every day since the middle of September 2013.  Are you really that stingy for giving out the consecutive days bonus that you steal them from players that play every day?  Please fix this immediately!!!  ( and give me the bonus points that I have coming t me as well)

Keep an eye on the time that your WGT 'day' changes. How long until it changes is displayed in the upper right of the main game client page.

For me here in Iowa it changes at 7 pm every evening during DST, which is based on the UTC time. The time you finish a round is what counts, not the start time.

Note: Your Score History does not show what time those rounds were played, just the date, You might also note I have 335 consecutive days played as of today so I don't see that WGT has anything that is broken regarding the Consecutive Days feature.

Regardless of what time it says on the clock, why would it count my game as being played on the 12th when I played it on the 11th.  Please note the date and time that I posted my complaint.  it was on the 11th, and the time noted was 8:01pm (which would be the time on the West Coast, 11:01 on the East Coast where I am located).  The problem would seem to be with the date and time on the clock.  So either I am really good at being able to play a game on the next day before it has even arrived, or there is an issue with the clock and the way that WGT is handling this problem.

.... or there is an issue with which you understand the time difference. The clock is NOT broken. If you see a green check mark you have counted a played game for the day, if it has a RED exclamation mark you have not played for the day. It is that simple.

    5/11/14 at 11:01 EDT (8:01 pm PDT) is 5/12/14 @ 3:01 am UTC.

You need to watch the count down timer on the Game Client home page.

Tiger, WGT goes by European time (also called Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), or the 'universal time'). Since the day changes at midnight GMT, there is a very big difference from the time in London to the time in Los Angeles. I think your 'day' changes at 4pm local (I might be off by an hour) so you must get a round in before then to keep that consecutive days played streak alive.

even though I've been playing since posting, it shows I have not played today and indicates I have 24 hours to get the day in.

You people are still not getting it.  The time that my day begins and the next day ends is 8 pm edst.  If you will note what I wrote previously is that my game ENDED at 11pm edst on the 11th.  My game history said that I played my last round on the 12th. Well the 12th is today!!!! I have not played yet today.  So how can that be unless the clock is screwed up.  I know what time I played,  I play once per day generally around the same time, always after the next day is supposed to start, and always before it ends!!!  My history also claimed that I played 2 games on the 10th, that is simply not true- I played 1 (one) game... The game clock is not based on what time it is anywhere else in the world - only what time it is here --- where I am playing  and the time that I end my game -- here -- eastern daylight savings time.  I have 24 hours in which to play - regardless of where anyone else is - only where I am.  I have been playing this game long enough to know how the clock works.  Prior to this incident, ( which began happening in April 2014) the last time that I missed a day was in September 2013, and I know  missed a day (actually 3 days) was because I was on vacation and did not bring a computer.  Before that time and since that time I have not missed a day despite what the clock  says - because the clock is screwed up. Will you please explain to me how I can be credited for a  game played on the 12th when it was played on the 11th?  My game ended before 12pm ( midnight) on the 11th. It actually ended around 10:55 pm Explain to me how the history can state that I played 2 games on the 10th and none on the 11th when I played one game on the 10th and one game on the 11th?  Prior to April this was never a problem.  If, as someone else stated that the time is based on GMT then every game that I have ever played would be counted the next day after that from which I had played because I always play after12pm GMT.  That has not been the case.  Up until April the game date was always on the correct day that I played it on.  Example:  If I played the game on the 21st, and it was prior to 12pm, then it would be counted on the 21st, as it should be based on my time zone. The next day I play at the same time, the game is credited on the 22n, as it should be based on my time zone. Does anyone get what I am saying??? The game ended on the 11th, WGT says it ended on the 12th.  Can I make it any simpler than that? And, apparently by counting it on the 12th they screwed me out of my XP bonus points by saying that I did not play on the 11h, which I did!!!.  I could say that I don't care about the points but I do care since I logged on to get them.  If I didn't care about the points my playing times would be very erratic and I would not log on at the same times on a daily basis.   Someone at WGT that knows what they are doing and understands what I am saying should check into this problem that I have reported.

Why has my clock not been broken for 578 consecutive days?
