We've had that discussion before, and IIRC we came to the unofficial result that the dates in score history would be applied in UTC (GMT), too. Thus any round played after 5 pm PDT (UTC -7) would be on the "next day".
This means that you can play a WGT tournament ending on May 31, 11:59 pm shortly before it's finished and the date indication will be June 1. The former is in PST, the latter in GMT ;)
