I would be ar least communicating with the 100's , if not 1000's of disgruntled customers who have shown their frustration and disgust with the game in the last while. It would go something like this :
Dear WGT Community: We are aware there are numerous flaws in the gameplay and are working feverishly to return the game to an enjoyable experience for our valued customers. We further apologize for totally ignoring the community with their complaints and concerns.. It has become apparent this method of operation has upset a vast majority of players.
As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support and as compensation for wasted balls and credits we are offering 3 sleeves of the balls of your choice simply by requesting them..We are hopeful this offer will help reduce the obvious dissatisfaction being displayed by so many players and we shall continue our efforts to return the game to normal.
Please be patient and we will work this out as soon as humanly possible.
PS : Anyone who has claimed they have never had a problem with the game is exempt from the offer of balls.
