I do ALL those things everyday before I play WGT,Been here long enough to know when a issue is on my end or WGT's...Since Pinehurst was introduced,I and MANY others are having issues with being booted from games and not being able to return..something is going on with WGT's end right now!!

I'm not kissing wgts ass. I'm just saying that I don't have many problems playing the game. Coming here and moaning about problems doesn't fix them...sorting out your internet, clearing caches, trying different browsers, running gamebooster & the odd defrag does sort out the problems. Yeah sure wgt get the odd problem but theres normally a post from shoe or icon to say they're working on it.

What a funny world we live in, one where saying you don't have any problems with a product makes you a kiss azz.

Everyone here can only rate the game as they experience it.  If you have a lot of problems you're going to think it's poor.  If, like myself and several others, the game runs flawlessly 90% of the time you're going to be happy with it.  That doesn't make any of us WGT lackeys, it just means we don't have have as much trouble with the game as others appear to.

The thing is, if the problem really was at the source, that is, the game itself is flawed, then everybody would be effected.  The fact that there are plenty who do not have constant disconnects, jerky meters and whatever other maladies seem to be such an issue for some.

These can only be caused by something beyond WGT's control.  Somewhere in the multitude of connections required to bring the game to our computers or within those computers themselves.

These posts remind me of those idiots who give a product 1 star on Amazon because the courier delivered it late.

I never get disconnected, don't get overly slow loading, the meter is fine most of the time and if I do get the odd problem it's normally fixed by turning my internet off and back on again. I just don't see all these problems that people complain about and there's many players here the same as me. Just because a few players get problems you want wgt to give away free balls...honestly, do you think thats really going to happen.

you are one of the lucky few dazz there are so many others having issues its crazy (knock on wood ive been good for 2 days now lol)but i do think wgt has issues with something i think mostly multiplayer games

EDIT knocking on wood doesnt work just got booted lol

The phone in my house quit working recently, but all the neighbors had full service and no issues. I assumed ( being the idiot that I am) that it must be my phone. It turned out the phone company supplying my service had an issue. Hmmm.... Imagine !

With all due respect MM, you're a great WGT customer with such low performance expectations.

Many of the disconnect problems happen in multiplayer games.  I notice your activities list one completed AS and one MP since the April 29 release.  And your stats tell me you don't play a whole lot of AS or match play games. That said, you have seen one disconnect since the release.  Perhaps you would see more problems if you played more multi-player games.

That's ignoring the fact the same computers seeing disconnects now did not see frequent disconnects before the April 29 release.

There's other symptoms too pointing to a WGT based problem.  The scorecard never loads between holes, where the continue button just spins.   Players showing 0:00 time remaining to return in the game lobby immediately after a disconnect has been recognized.  I'm sure there's others I've missed.

Something is amiss in WGT-land IMO.

This is so true andy i dont think I've been booted out of any single player round but with that said playing alone is boring and not something i  like to do but if these problems continue ill just do the one hole play till the next update and save ball life (then see if the problems still creeps up or not)

I just wonder how many threads have to be created for them (WGT) to get on the ball and fix the issues they have within the game

It looks like Andyson has nailed it... MM doesn't see the issues because he isn't playing in the arena where the issues lie. I have 3800 + alt matches in and he has 99. That explains alot about why some have no issues and some have plenty.

The only issue I have in single play is the occasional load timeout, which is annoying and much more common since the early part of May.. I can live with this glitch, but the game crashes in MP are a totally different story !

Well, yeah.  It's a product rating, not a delivery service rating.  Late delivery has absolutely nothing to do with how good the product is.

@ Andyson, Romax and Spdemon.  I hold my hand up and admit I play relatively few games with others, in those I do play I have very few problems, probably 1 dropped game per month.  However, that is quite possibly a 10% failure rate which I agree is way too high and must be a major issue for someone who plays several per day.

Maybe I am a customer who's too easily satisfied Andy, I just prefer not to get stressed out about it.  I realise this leads to no improvements being made but we also live in an I'm alright Jack world I guess.

    ^ +100

Thank you Romax & Andyson for pointing out these disconnection & not being able to return to game. I never ever had these disconnection problems before the PH release. My list of friends here had very few disconnections before PH also. I have no interest in trying any more multi player until wgt announces it has fixed the problem with their servers or software.

If you can get a multi player game where no one has to reset, you might be able to finish. But with the terrible lag you see at times you have no choice but to reset.
