Collecting winnings from tournaments

  Hi All,

   

  I am new to WGT and I am wondering if there is something you need to do to claim prize credits you won in tournaments? I have received emails telling me 'Congratulations, you have received the following for playing in ...' but when I log into my account my credits do not change. Any help would be appreciated. I am still waiting for credits from Week 17 (we are now in week 20!).

  Look at the leaderboards from your score history. They are updated with the payouts when they have been checked by WGT.

  Each tournament contains the announcement "top 70 players earn WGT credits".

  In week 17 (weeklies) it says for you,

  0.04 $ from a 71 score at the 9 hole Cabo (Full 18)

  0.38 $ from 38 + 37 scores at the free Multiround

  0.01 $ from a 39 at Oakmont (B9)

  By experience I can tell that you should find the amounts of 4, 38 and 1 credits in your "account" tab above the PLAY NOW button in the left. If not, contact CS.

   

  The latter tourney displays in the Amateur section, "CREDITS PURSE - 300 Credits"

  @Shoe, @Typhoon: How comes these "no monetary value" credits are displayed as $$?

  Thanks Alosso,

  Checked in my account settings and can see them there. The confusion for me is because on the emails it said I won (for example) 2.34 credits on my week 18 Multi-round tourney. However, under the account tab this only equates to 19 WGT credits. So I thought they hadn't come through, but they had just not the amount I was expecting.
