Having posted a link to the clear cach page many, many times I now find it doesn't work any more.

I've always gone to the following url:   http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html  This page is no longer available.

The new page has the same address apart from it starts with adobe instead of macromedia

However, the box where the stored sites is listed is blank.  I tried clearing all sites anyway but that did nothing.

Anyone else getting the same or is it something my end?

Only now noticing the same problem, Mainz.

Googling to see if I can find any info. Any joy your side yet?

    Chrome/Windows 7 (64bit) here.

*Are you, as I am, using a stand - alone older flash version per chance?

    Hovered over the 'PLAY NOW' icon to the left of my profile page then;

Right click> Global settings> Local storage settings by site

Wgt is there but apparently no data is being stored ???

It would be a huge breakthrough if WGT was no longer flash based - please, please, pah.....leeeez!

    (Prolly dreaming I know)

Seen same problem last night (14 hours ago).

Adobe site is up and running fine. Flash is storing other sites fine...... oh and my meter is smooth as silk!

WGT, have your techs finally discovered HTML5? lmao

I just tried right click on Play Now, selected global settings and then settings for local memory something or other.  Mine's in German so not sure if the translation is direct, probably not.

That took me to a list of websites, I deleted media5.wgt and have just opened to game client to check if it worked..........

Yes, all settings have reset to default.

At least we know we can still clear it anyway.

Mine's still blank.  The macromedia page now opens as well though which it wouldn't do yesterday.

    Very strange.

Looks like I'm stuck with right click on Play Now for a while.
