  If it makes you guys feel better, you didn't actually lose.  If you check your opponent's profile, they didn't win.  It basically results in a cancel - unless you both get credited for a loss somehow.

  i have experienced the same thing and after 4 or 5 emails to wgt, i still have not got my credits back.  im out 777 credits on two games and its has happened before i just blew it off but i will not play on here much longer if i dont get the credits back.

  Nope - i have checked it shows as a match lost to me and a match won by the disconnector. It shows up on both players profiles. I thought i was a little paranoid at first coz it used to be that the disconnector lost.

  In fact the game message at the end says that i disconnect - but the is not the case.

  i've never seen a log of me losing a match on my profile?  Pretty sure i've lost a few ;)

  do others get losses posted on their profile activity page? I only get wins logged as far as i can tell....

  You see the loss on the game screen, and if the opponent has "won" game and credits due to this form of premature disconnection / "error in the game", something is wrong.

  Oh, then it's different than when it happens to me.  When it happens to me, I check the opponent's wall.  It never says that they beat me.
