Is this guy really so clueless that he doesn't realize this is a WGT issue? Seriously??
No - im not clueless. I have pretty much stated that I dont know the exact cause and ive made this clear when i posted the piece below
""Either this type of occurrence is deliberate cheating or is accidental because of some bug but we need WGT to tell us what is happening before all the good honest players simply leave""
Id just like some real clarity from WGT on the issue. Im not as sore loser, i dont mind losing to a better play any day of the week whether or not there are credits involved. So if match play is broken then tell us so that we dont waste money on balls, losing credits in disconnected matches and finally lose patience and seek our entertainment elsewhere.
I am a huge fan of WGT but i have seen other large online platform games fall from grace and if that happens to WGT then we all lose.
Paying customers generally have two options when they are not happy with the service they receive
1 - Complain to the service provider who will hopefully take action to rectify the cause of the customer dis-satisfaction
or
2 - Say nothing and discontinue using the service that is not meeting their expectations.
Generally speaking a service provider will much rather deal with customer complaints than just lose a customer but if customer service is so poor that they either cannot or will not deal with the issues then there is normally one outcome - The customer will walk away.
