Game freezing and not loading

   I have weeks with no problems then weeks with problems like the game freezing up or not loading .. Most times I don't really care because at some point I can get back to the game in time to keep playing ,but other times I can't return in time .. What really makes me mad is I pay for my balls and if I can't get back to a game or someone else can't get back to the game I lose all the ball hits to that point .. This shortens the life of my balls ..

  I would think WGT  could fix these problems , I'm sure the programmers are better than the ones at Obama care web site ... I run a very large Web site of my own an don't have these problems .. Said part is I really like these game but if this keeps up I'm going to stop .. I guess WGT could careless if I leave seeing they already got my money , I Hope that is not case ..

  This makes nothing but good sense to me.  I suppose that's why I'm responding to you and not WGT.

  happened to me several times earlier today, i was in the middle of a putt just clicked it and it froze. as im waiting i send WGT the usual complaint and as soon as i click send everytime, its amazing the play resumes. it makes me wonder sometimes!!

  Agreed - so frustrated right now.... doesnt matter what browser im in its still freezes - no apparent fix that i can see.... can anyone help?

  yesterday I shot a hole in one 2 hole's later it froze up

  Next time this happens to you right click and there is a submit problem to WGT.  They are working on this.  It helps them when we submit the problem, very easy to do.

  If you're having continuous freezing and loading errors please feel free to contact our support team. They can assist you with alleviating the problems.

  Also we highly recommend submitting a bug report. As mentioned this will help us locate the issue and properly rectify it. You can do that by right clicking on your game window and selecting the Submit Bug Report option. Thanks a ton!
