I cant get wgt to respond to my emails concerning my lost credits playing challenge match games

    how do i get an answer from them , my credits were awarded to the opponent when they left the game and did not return

    The website form has one major advantage: You should get a ticket no. With this, you may tackle them relentlessly until a reasonable answer was given, or you give up eventually.

    To be honest, it didn't help me much before I gave up those enquiries <sg>.

    I sent them a email 2 weeks ago about 1 issue and another today about another issue.wednesday nite had 2 hours to shoot a bracket tourney game, had 3 holes left and wgt went into a unscheduled maintenance and i got screwed out of 100 credits.

    I emailed last week telling them people keep getting kicked from game etc.Also put that i clear all caches before playing and clear comp with reg cure pro.Guess what the reply was?

    thats correct, clear flash and browser caches, then gave me instructions how to do it.After a curt reply from me i have had no reply yet.

    Living in hope, whats going on Icon.

    Explain please, what the company are doing, you know for lost games, unable to return, what about the hits wasted on the ball, paid for with OUR money!!
