    Would it be possible to  have the ball life meter show while the  ball is in inventory?  Right now, we have to pretend to play a round, see what the life is, and then change the ball if we need to.

    It would save time for players.

    A solution is to maintain a ready supply of balls - say 6 or more of the same make/model ball. Then it doesn't matter because you likely won't run out of balls during a round.

    A solid solution for someone who uses the same ball all of the time and also has ample credits to always have 2+ sleeves on hand.

    There are a lot of WGTers that uses different balls, depending on the game type, who they are playing with, what day of the week it is, which way the wind is blowing, the day of the week ends in a y. So for them, if they have not noted where they stand with each ball they have or don't have the credits to keep ample stock of multiple balls, then it could be a a slight hindrance.

    I guess some people don't really buy balls either, they like to use all the free ones they collect from various places and never plan on buying more of that one so they like to know how much they got left on a ball before they start.

    Not a huge inconvenience and would much rather have WGT do some other things before it. No matter to me personally since i play the L61 Nike all the time

    Just make sure you have enough credits for another set of  balls and your fine. WGT will offer to you a chance to buy again when your down to your last ball in game play.

    Or just keep stocked up.

    Great idea.  Was thinking the same thing myself today.  I get the special day or advertiser tournament balls and then they sit in my inventory.  Would be great to know if there was enough in them for a round.

    Nice idea mate!

    I don't see the difficulties which you mention. The shots must be counted for each ball to enable the lifetime limitation. The existing ball count meter is only a rough representation which might easily be replaced by the number of remaining hits.

    But (a big but!) I also don't see any interest of the company to exploit the different 100% values and such precise remaining number, even in a sales item.

    And, would we pay the price? "Sleeve of balls with precise count, x% extra price"?

    x=5%, 35 cr extra for a premium ball?

    x=10%?

    or, in conformity with the rake, x=20%??
