Skin Game ID and Refund or Balls if disconnect not players fault

    For the past 2 nights WGT has ruined skin games I have played in.  I was fortunate to get credits back for the first night because I went to my account page and they had an ID number. It was WGT's fault that we couldn't play but we still got charged 30 credits for not playing any holes. I made a complaint and received the rest of my credits back because of the ID #.  Unfortunately tonight we played a skin game in which I had won 8 skins and on the 9th hole after we had all taken our first shot we all started spinning and it took us to a window that said game error please close window and try again. So we all closed windows and reloaded and all of windows said we didn't make it back in time even though it was not even a minute.  There was no game ID, so there was no way to make a complaint.  I lost  8 skins, ball usage and time.  In Ready Go Tournaments they have ID and I never experienced a problem.  In my opinion wgt needs to make sure each and every skin game has an ID so that a player can make a complaint if need be.  If players are disconnected by wgt they shouldn't have to pay fee especially if they do not play any holes. Further more in my opinion if  you get to the ninth hole and wgt disconnects  the player they should replace the ball he or she used for the game.
