Second time for me in a week, first time l emailed customer services it took them 3 days to reply.
And again tonight, 4 ball disconnect on the 8th @ Kiawah, unable to return, the first time l emailed WGT blatantly tried to blame me, have i cleaned this and that, believe me WGT i dont need you advising me on PC optimization!!
So the problem is obviously yours.........isn't it ??
**edit** what i have noticed tho, if your a new member and you introduce yourself to the forum, 1st or 2nd post will be from someone from WGT.....
