PRIESTESS:How can you incorporate the new wind scale into the Qualifiers for Open? The ones that have Qualified now have a huge advantage over the ones that are still trying.Surely you can't change the initial wind set seeing as the Qualifiers are still active?
Few things if I may:
1. Agree poor timing as any change on the way through may not be received well.
On the basis that there was deviation anyway it's meant to be revenue neutral though. I guess people will test that and have their own view's or not as the case may be in time. Not saying it is revenue neutral as I do not know WGTs mind, but think that's what Icon said.
2. Assuming the first one is in fact revenue neutral then more importantly, in my eyes, is something I am not getting at all, but accept I have not tried it out either.
Now most people were agreeing the VUSO green speeds were shy of true champ speed. However, now they are showing 13 on the stimp same as a RR green / same as the free weekly at Cabo.
Does this mean the VUSO open qualifying greens are now faster???
Or is the reading a complete red herring as it stands??? Not tested it yet as already have a 57, which is looking good enough, and I am not seriously contending after qualifying (if I do) anyway:)
