With all due respect Icon, if you guys were aware of this why not be more proactive and give fair warning instead of waiting for a half dozen complaints to declare the knowledge of this ongoing problem. For once I'd love to see someone from WGT say- " fellas and ladies, we're experiencing such and such a problem, so don't get your feathers ruffled we're working on it." Instead we get these after the fact notifications that are similar to my 7 year granddaughter saying, " yes grampi I know," after I tell her something. Seems any and all problems are brought up by the users first and once they're brought up we get the same old company line- " yes we're aware of it, we're working on it."
Good customer relations and business practices are usually proactive not reactive. Enjoy your weekend.
