-------- i think its enough spoken- about a bad meter----!

there are minimum 2000 threads of it. there are good times and bad times, we all have a friggin meter, sometimes. it`s not worth the words to type it here. and you will always hear the same old story: empty your cache,,,,,and so on.....blah blah blahh......   lol

STOP IT NOW-  TAKE IT  LIKE A HERO !!

There is one thing which has consistently smoothed my meter.  If you're running windows, start typing "performance" in the start bar, and something like "change performance options" will come up; go there.

Once there, tick "Adjust for best performance."  (you can always change it back.)  Since doing this, I can have all the flag animations, water animations, highest flash quality, and it runs quite smoothly, almost all of the time :)

Had a horrible meter since Pinehurst came out.....and then just like Woodo says it was perfect yesterday. ...... and today i am back to square one again.

Of course done all the usual cache clearing....etc. game has not played well since Pinehurst in my opinion. Another issue has seemed to come along now too. I usually miss the meter on shorter putts with mild break........seems mysteriously like the ball is starting right at the hole when i do this now. Missed a few because of it.

After every site update Flash needs to be tuned up, whether cleaning cache, updating old Flash versions, etc.

I happened to me too the meter issue after the last update, but again, I simply fixed my Flash and the meter turned normal again.

When my meter is less than smooth I check to see how busy my CPU is during the down swing.

I also make sure my Flash Player Privacy Settings page has no web sites listed.
