I recently set up a brackets game for our club and was given bracket name ID 23915

After first round, and before stating 2nd round, all players have been shown as withdrawn, which is not true

Players paid 25 credits to enter and therefore WGT have stolen 320 credits prizes.

I have written to WGT as follows and await their reply,

"I set up a bracket tournie for my country club and 16 players entered at a cost of 25 credits each

After the first round, all players are showng as withdrawn, which is totally wrong as none of the 8 qualifiers withdrew.

What happens to the prize money of 320 credits that WGT holds? and why is this counting as withdrawal to participants?

What duration did you set it for?

Duration didn't make a difference in our CC. As soon as players got to the 2nd round they were all shown as WD's. Oneeyedjohn took it to WGT and is still waiting for an answer.

We've done a good few without problems. Just another glitch I suppose.

blueshot.,  can you provide me with some information>?

particularly the screenshot of your setup for the tourney in question. it would really help us with figuring out what went wrong.

meanwhile, please email us at members@worldgolftour.com so they can look into the rest for you.
