New Bracket format issues too

  I signed up for a Bracket tourney when there were 14 of 16 spots filled.   I got an email today  that I was WD'd from the tourney because I failed to finish my round in 24 hours.  THEN I got the email that the tourney was ready to go.  Same quality features I've come to expect from WGT.  I used to play every day, but it has gotten so bad, I've really lost interest.

  Please send us a screenshot of the bracket tournament at issue so that we can investigate. Thank you for your assistance and we apologize for the inconvenience.

  As of right now I see 5  6 threads in 5  6 different forums complaining about problems with brackets.

  Your response so far is send us screenshots. Well I have done so as I am sure many others have too.

  So let's get cracking with a solution.

  EDIT :  OK I have a response from WGT via email to my original email sent 7th June. What they require more than anything is the tournament set up info that is only available via the closed tournaments section in each CC.

  Impressive response indeed. only 4 days compared to 3 hours to fix the pro shop glitch....now I wonder why?

  As for requiring the info via the CC closed tournaments, are they saying they do not have access to that? Seriously.

  As some clubs have not had problems, other have, I would guess it is primarily smaller clubs suffer as the time it takes to fill the spots may screw with the timer, and therefore if it is a 24 hour timeframe, unless the spots are filled and played it defaults everyone as WD.
