exiting my game

  Recently, 2 times everyday, my game gets exited halfway. WGT said that there was an error in the game and asked me to restart the website. When I returned, my game was lost. There was no records. I plan to take part in a ready go but now with this problem, how am I suppose to play without getting disturbed by this? PLS FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!

  have you tried other browsers? if not, I would try all the browsers you can think of 1 at a time and see if error persists.... if it doesn't, then the issue is with that browser. it could be temp files/cookies or flash related.

  It sounds like you are playing practice games which differ from ranked or paid tournaments.  Practice games cannot be continued or saved.  Ranked and paid tournaments like ready gos are always saved and can be continued.  

  This being said the game should not exit halfway.  When this happens and you see the error message, please right click and submit the problem to WGT.  This will help us solve the problem for you.  If you put WGTadmin2 in the comment section of the submit problem I will personally follow up.

  2 mods and neither will admit that there are long term problems with the game.

  This indicates to me that they want to look for their involvement in the issue.

  Thinking back, this all happened while playing practice games. I'll check into this matter again, Thx.

  Even if it is my browser's problem, during a tournament, when this problem appears, will my progress be lost. I can't afford to take risks here.:D

  If you "quit" a ranked game or tournament from single play, even due to disconnection or Flash crash, the last position is saved like "Save & Quit". You may restart browser or PC and continue. No restrictions in repetitions AFAIK.

  The only way you lose your progress is if you leave the game by clicking on end round/main menu or if it is a single play tourney by clicking on withdraw from this tournament.  Leave the game any other way and unless you get a glitch it will be saved.

  Alosso and borntobesting are correct - ranked and tournament round can always be continued unless you forfeit

  but please submit the problem to us if it happens again, we will do our best to fix it
