I just want to say that with some of the bugs and glitches, (like when your avatar freezes before you hit your shot, that 9 times out of 10, your going to miss your shot or when your putting and it does the same thing, that you miss or over shoot, a lot of things have to be fixed). One other thing is, in realistic golf no one is with any driver on the market, going to hit a ball over 400 yards, because if they could, that would mean that there is no golf course out there that they could not make green in one or two shots, they would have a perfect game score or as close to it.

WGT has a good version, but only simulators can simulate a realistic game, check one out at a pro shop and you'll see what I mean.

I like WGT's version, but it needs a few fixes and adjustments.

But I'm only here to have fun and enjoy playing.

WGT only claims to be the most realistic VIRTUAL ONLINE golf game.

There is no way to equate rewal golfer scores to scores we can make on WGT.

What needs to get real is the expectations of a lot of WGT players. LOL ! ! ! ! !

Someone better tell Sadlowski that he's being unrealistic again....

People hit 400yd drives on a regular basis during tournaments on the PGA tour by cutting a corner over trees, cart paths, or a steep downhill fairway, John Daly did it quit often in fact he hit one 410, hell Dustin Johnson hits 240yd 8i's...just like here they take advantage of the course layout using some sort of gimmick...

In that video he was also hitting into favorable winds and at a down hill slope to an up hill slope, if anyone noticed that.! Thus Cutting his over the air distance to the green. In saying that, (in other words), if you take a piece of paper and fold it down the middle, you shorten the distance between the top and the bottom of the paper. Like hitting a ball over a ravine to the green instead of walking distance your using a straight line over it. If you were to put 5 football fields end to end and tried to hit ball that distance, could you.?

Jason Zubic(however it is spelled) did it on flat ground in long drive contests....He won it with a 405 or 415 yrd drive....

FYI.....they're measuring those drives using a range-finder not a surveyor's wheel.  And wind?  You mean the wind that hardly ripples his shirt?

    Zuback.

He's a member at a course I usually play 4 or 5 times a year.  I can vouch for the fact that he putts like he drives....about 400yds or so.  ;-)

I've a solution, let's add 10 strokes to all qualifying scores..oh wait...that won't work, as he still would be upset...mercy, what to do?

Quit fighting in the forums over dumb stuff. That is what to do, and have these forums moderated like normal.

One of the worst forums to ever read on the internet. All fights.
