Tracking down disconnects/crashes

  Thanks for reminding me about Maxthon, pd

  I did use it on my old laptop and put down my problems to a lack of useable memory (cpu consistantly on 100%) but when I updated it I went to Chrome thinking there would be no issues.

  What a mistake !

  I have now gone to Maxthon "Cloud" which for the last two days has been perfect, hardly a meter twitch and no disconnects, and now with a decent amount of memory my cpu is around 15-20% so that is great

  Using comodo dragon With windows 7.  Do regular maintenance.  Use same Envy-HP  computer all the time and have been for over a year with the dragon.  But this week, I've been getting the "retry" your connection bit.  I hit  yes.  Get it again. Hit yes again.  Meanwhile, I've putted 40 seconds ago and the clock keeps counting down, so how can they say there's not a  connection?  Get told there's an error with the game and close the browser window.  17 1/2 holes down the drain . . . .

  Ouch.

  It is NOT trouble at my end of things.

  I have same problems with same Internet provider as AlaskanDame.  But the last 3 nights, and just today, YOUR server crashed, not mine.  I was almost to the last hole when YOUR serer crashed tonight and lost my CC pass.  You don't give the CC passes back and my balls still get worn.  I'm beginning to think this is a scam by WGT.

  Here is a new one.....

  

  Just one thing - at the same time I had another window open which is unaffected.

  This went away after a minute or so to be replaced with the one above and then i got the "WGT error screen"

  Are these messages just made up since it has no bearing on my machine.

  I also had the Servers Busy - try again in 60 seconds box which kept refreshing itself - I change Browser and got straight in

  The whole system seems awry........badly

  C'mon WGT, fix it or at least keep us updated with progress.

  You would be surprised how much hep you could get - but by not being upfront, it only serves to rile the players

  I had the same error as the last  two posts. I don't know how to post the screen shot.. Every blitz game I play, i get these errors immediately after i hit the ball. I never see where my last shot lands. I see the score in my profile. I also never see who wins the game. This started yesterday and It unerves me. I use maxthon browser. I have played the last 140 consecutive days without this happening. SO it must be new.
