  Set up a disposable secondary e-mail address and use that for surveys. I fund all my equipment upgrades and balls thru surveys and videos and can't ever remember being asked for an e-mail address.

  If you are really having issues with the Free Credit Offers don't be afraid to contact our support team. You can let them know which ones are giving you troubles. I know some players do get a message saying they do not qualify for some of the offers but there are plenty of them for you to peruse. Don't give up.
