You've only been playing for 2 weeks. You're kind of going about it wrong.
#1. Don't rent a putter, yet. SAVE your credits (I did the surveys/videos until I had over 5000 before buying anything.
#2. Don't buy $4.50 Max balls to use with starter clubs.
Play some more, keep doing the surveys, and watch the videos and carousel videos. The credits will accumulate. During this time, you will be learning the game, and probably moving up to the next tier(s), as you don't seem to be playing very bad at all. In RL golf, you would spend much more money "if" you wanted "upgraded" equipment, not to mention paying to play. World of Tanks (from your status) is not as close to real as this game is.
Even the best equipment you can buy on here is not the magic bullet for being a top player. This is a virtual game, and a "close as you can get to real" very good and fun (at times) game. To me, it's more about having fun.
