Totally unpredictable result with this meter.  Any tips/clues on how to fix?

    Thanks in advance!

I would switch out your EZ swing Irons you have equipped for the starter Irons.  This will give you the same swing meter as your other clubs.

YEP,,,   switch them out for the non-ez swing clubs in your inventory.  :)

@wesili Here's a plan for now to get better at L40:

    Driver: R11 at L30 then G25 at L59

    Wood: Same thing

Irons: same (irons are at L32)

    Wedges: Wait until L42 and get 2 Ping Gorges (90, 75) and the L31 CG16 64W, then Get the 100yd L41 Gorge and the L39 ATV at L59, use all 5 for Blitz/Ctth/Par 3 rounds, which has you with 100, 90, 75, 60, and 50 yards.

Putter: L35 Ghost Spider, last putter needed for a long while (until L70+)

    No Hybrid!

These clubs are slower in the meter speed except for the wedges, they are slightly faster than the R11 ones.

+1 for the plan in general!

Alas, the wedge part is only for an ambitious CTTH / Blitz player:

    mukbrain:

For full play from tee to green (stroke, skin and matches), you'd want some long clubs left. The common strategy is to drop the hybrid - as you said - when custom irons leave a bigger gap to the wedges.

Thus, start with two short wedges (unfortunately only the ATVs start below 70, i.e. 50, 77), and get a third one later - I'd recommend the 100 yds Cleveland level 76(?).

All great advice, but I notice the OP still has the EZ Swing putter.

Get rid of it, and throw it as far as you can!

    All great advice,

Yes great advice most of which he chose to ignore. They advised hm to ditch the hybrid for a 3rd wedge but did he? No, he ditched the 3 wood. instead. They advised him to get at least 2 better wedges. Did he? No , switched out the E-Z swings for the starter sand wedge, the beginner sand wedge and the starter lob wedge. With any of the lower level wedges.  the new Pings, ATV's or Cleveland wedges he would have a much easier time.

Yes, great advice! Thank You all!

Looks like the upgrades all cost $$.

lol, so much lag while putting, that I have to use the EZ swing.

Make sure the game Client Window is the only one open, that should help a ton! Much less CPU. Then that L35 putter I suggested should work just fine, it's the slowest meter on any putter (5.0).
