Ping Gorge wedges lvl 41/42

  What about the 64° / 60 yds club of this set?

  The predecessor "Tour W" set at this spot had it, completing a nice and very usable set of 60 / 75 / 90 yds.

  Without the short one, it looks worthless to me (at a higher price than before). This would be the second step to degrade it after the 52° / 100 yds wedge was cancelled a while ago.

  Is there a chance to add the 64°, or do you wish to kill this budget club set by fragmenting it bit by bit?

  That could be done without problem, hope WGT Staff add this on the wish list.

  Does seem kind of strange. I use the old version of those wedges and wouldn't trade them for any wedge in the Pro Shop. It's odd they have no 60yd one in the "change the look and name, and up the price" new set. Best 4.20 (total) I've ever spent was the 60 and 75 yard Ping wedges.

  Maybe on the next product update they'll add it. The least someone in WGT mod-land could do is tell you "Thanks, I'll pass that along".

  @Jay: Until a positive statement or the return of this club, my suspicion about the fate of a formerly favourable beginner's set stands (see above).

  @Milfshake: Yes, 60 yds, but, comparing the levels, I don't expect the same quality:

  2.0 instead of 4.0 precision,

  2.0 instead of 3.0 spin,

  at least 2.5 against 2.0 forgiveness.

  I guess, a cheap replacement in any aspect.

  Not the same stats as the wedges being talked about nor 64 deg

  I think they did that to make upgrading wedges a must
