I would think closing my wgt account would be as simple as clicking a "close my account" tab in my profile section.

I've heard many a time on here that accounts are never closed, just left dormant. How about logging out, writing your password on a piece of paper then setting fire to it?
When they do make the "close my account" tab, they should put a "reinstate my account" button right below it. History shows that it would get 99% of the use.
