I had this problem for over a year but I kept on pestering the mods and filing reports via the support team and they eventually sorted it for me. It has to be done during a downtime they told me.

    hi

please send us an email via this form. these usually occur via downtime since they have to fix it manually and do some resetting. I am not sure exactly when it happens, though.
