The correct wedges?? Help!

    what are the correct degree of wedges to get i am looking buy some of the cleveland wedges from L27 to L31 and i dont know the correct ones to get for sand and ect... do all wedges work for all situations..please help

    In my opinion, you need (in addition to your pitching wedge that comes with your iron set) a 56-degree, 60-degree and 64-degree. You can actually use any of them out of sand, depending on lie and distance. For short, green-side bunkers, I use mostly the 64-degree, either punch or flop depending on the lie. Also, around the green, whether in rough or short grass, you will find the 64-degree one of the most valuable clubs in your bag.

    Don't go by the degrees, go by the yardages you need. Set your gaps as evenly spaced as you can and don't forget to include the set PW. I think you'll find what Bob said fits this.

    thanks guyz for the help! really help out! i got a 64 and  56 cleveland wedges they are awesome.. plan on getting a 3rd one later to replace my r11 hybrid.. thanks
