pop up window Prizes

  I get a pop up window for prizes ( fill in country, state, birthday, email ) when I have done this and can see ALL info is correctly filled out it will go no further;;;; I have to options

  press continue that does not work or cancel which takes me back to the page to choose a course to play click play now it opens the pop up ( fill in country, state, birthday, email )

  All info correct continue will not work only cancel.

  Someone I know that plays here said when I get to the prize pop up window I have to go check email and use a link to continue; well that does not work either because I have tried 4 times and never get email HELP

  Try going to your account info section and filling the information out there.  This should take away the pop up window that you have been encountering.  To find this click on account just above the play now button.

  Thanks, not sure how long to wait after update account, 10 -20 minutes later same problem. I cannot figure how to confirm email on this pop-up window, it shows correct email but gives not place to type in for confirmation.

  I talked to our customer service, they said you emailed in as well.  It sounds like they fixed it for you, is that the case?
