how come i cannot open the surveys for free credits....it says that it is loading but nothing appear...
do you have an ad blocker of some kind enbled, I find you have to turn it off while doin vids and surveys ;-)
also , I allow www.wgt.com & www.wgt.livegamerads.com through my pop up blocker

I am having the same problem. The page where the surveys are usually available is simply not loading. It says that it is loading...but it's not. It has nothing to do with an ad blocker, All three other tabs (complete offers, watch videos and more offers) load up normally.

I just checked and everything seems to be working with the surveys. I am not finding any pages that are not loading. Could you possibly try a different browser?

You may need to contact the third party company. Make sure they have videos up for your area or if there is a specific problem they know of.
