  how come i cannot join tournaments? I sign up for it and confirm it but when i hit the play now buttons nothing happens  Help please

  Did you look up the tourney in the game client and try to enter from there?

  Are you receiving any confirmation emails stating you were entered into the tournament? Also some tournaments are restricted, so depending on where you live, that could be the issue also.

  Any restrictions should block him from signing in, not from entering the game.

  He may be confused with what it exactly means entering the tournament.  Could be he is clicking on it and taken to the next page and doesn't realize that he needs to take one extra step to enter.  Just wanting to cover all basis.

  yes..i get my confirmation email but when i go to tourney page and hit play nothing happens  just stays on that page

  Is your game client window already open when you click?  Have you tried a different browser?
