RG conditions list.

  I have to admit that I haven't kept track, but it seems to me as though each RG has its own preset conditions, which it will always be.  I don't know the answers to all of these, so it would be cool if people helped out.

  KIA F9: champ, heavy wind
  KIA B9: very fast, moderate wind
  KIA 18: ???, ???

  BPB F9: very fast, moderate wind
  BPB B9: tournament, moderate wind
  BPB 18: tournament, heavy wind

  STA F9: tournament, moderate wind
  STA B9: tournament(?), heavy wind
  STA 18: ???, ???

  The join function doesn't work from there though-never has.

  It doesn't work if you are using Chrome. It does work if you are using Firefox. If you are using IE7 or 8, you should be using either of the above instead.
