In the land of WGT only 3 things can happen from hitting the pin. Two of them are bad.

Keep in mind, you can always put the pin back in on the fly with no consequences.

Once I noted at the top of my backswing that I'd failed to remove. I thought, "Oh, what're the odds."

Yep. Hit the pin and bounced off the green.

My vow. Never hit another stick.
