  At least 2 more golf courses are in the works.

  Bandon Dunes as an 18 hole par 3 course should be nearing completion. 

  Pebble Beach Golf Links for 18 hole stroke play is being worked on and should get added a couple of months after Bandon Dunes.

  Though WGT has not said so, I would not be surprised to see Valhalla added as an 18 hole stroke play course sometime in 2015 as part of WGT's new partnership with the PGA.

  In 2015 WGT will also be adding the USGA US Open venue - Chambers Bay

  WGT does not need to add a USGA US Open venue in 2016 because we already have the 2016 USGA US Open venue - Oakmont CC.

  Note that it takes WGT about 6 months to do the work needed to add an 18 hole stroke play course to the game. So only 2 new 18 hole courses per year.

  Love the WGT site.  Looking forward to getting better, and playing the new courses.   Wondering if any thought to adding TPC Sawgrass.  One of the few famous courses I've played and thought it would be fun to hack it up on WGT like I did in person.

  how about making all the courses here available for everyday use..//edgewood..wolf creek,,bali hai.etc...you are making great profit..are you too comfortable??

  It's not that easy. They can't stretch a few dozen photos taken on a few holes into a whole course.

  Because they were originally photographed for the purpose of CCTH only.

  Fortunately, Pebble has been entirely photographed and is coming in the near future as a full 18 (probably with 28-30 mph winds..lol), as is Chambers Bay and Bandon Dunes 18 - par 3.

  Did you read the requirements for part 2?  Specifically item #4.....lmao !

  PART 2

  • Date - 12/11-12/14
  • Eligible - The top 4 Tour Legends from the previous rounds 
  • Final Round - Thu 12/11 to Sun 12/14 - single-play round on a brand new WGT strokeplay course to be announced (will be released on 12/10 for practice rounds
  • Stream - In order to be eligible for these prizes, each player must stream their complete final round on Twitch, notifying WGT in advance so WGT can contact players to watch
  • Scoring - Single round score
  • Purse - 500,000 WGT Credits distributed to the 4 Tour Legends based on their final round score. The prizes are as follows: 
    • 1st place: 250,000 
    • 2nd place: 125,000 
    • 3rd place: 75,000 
    • 4th place: 50,000

Yep. It says the new course will be available for practice 12/10.

Just speculation, but I get the impression there has been some kind of licensing snag with Bandon Dunes that is keeping Bandon Dunes from being added to WGT.

Bandon Dunes was, for a time, on the list of courses the Virtual Tour Championship would be played on. But it was removed from the list  in advance of it's scheduled time frame.
