this really dont seem right...

  playing in alt. shot  game, 1 player disconnects and does not return,yes me and my p got the win but not even partial or prorated xp's for the match, AND we we were on the next to the last hole!! Really seems wgt should award at least some xp's in cases like this,  thoughts??

  Hmm. Wow. I haven't written any code for quite a while. In olden days that would've been pretty tough. Maybe not so much these days. Dunno, but it should be worth the effort.

  I believe xp comes through only when all holes are completed. If match ends prematurely, right now, there is no way to do so. But, it's an interesting idea. I'll check on it.

  thanks icon,very frustrating to spend 30 -40 mins. on an alt shot game and get NO xp's!!! because one player, for whatever reason decides to disconnect and not return.

  I hear you, but that's the risk you have to take when playing online with others. that's also one of the reasons why I am against a/s games for credits...

  I'm all for A/S credit matches...

  Only ppl who have no sense will team up with an unknown pard ?

  ( Natural Selection @ its finest ? )

  Then it get interesting ?

  2 real good players, playing against two other Class ones.

  Might even spark a fire that some have lost for the site ?

  I can't say definitively in A/S (don't play it enough), but I know in match, there are circumstances behind whether or not you get XP for the game.  For MP..

  If you win outright before 9 holes (3 and 2, 4 and 3, etc.), you DO get xp.

  If your opponent forfeits but clicks the forfeit button, you DO get xp.

  If your opponent has a "three strikes" forfeit while you're in the game, you DO get xp.

  If your opponent leaves before "three strikes" and is gone more than 2:30, you DO NOT get xp.

   

  I'm guessing that it's probably the same in A/S.
